‘Vampire Hunter’ onboard an aircraft carrier
In one of the largest publicity efforts movie history has seen, 20th Century Fox flew out the cast and crew of the upcoming movie “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” to screen it for the namesake aircraft carrier, as it patrolled Middle Eastern Walkers.
Shown to an excited crowd of nearly 1,800 sailors packed tightly in hangar bay, the screening marked the first time that a major motion picture had its debut screening for United States servicemen and women stationed in the Middle East, potentially setting a precedent for more blockbusters to premiere for our troops.
